I was looking for a laundry pick up and delivery service for my 78 year old mom, and we are so happy we found Buzzi's. She is very satisfied. She is very comfortable with Brian who picks up and delivers her laundry. The owner Tom is great. Very pleased!

My washing machine died suddenly on a Saturday and I had several loads to do before Monday morning. I was in a panic to get them done and found Buzzi's. I expected a typical laundromat but was pleasantly surprised. It was VERY clean, with an attendant making rounds to wipe down the washers and the tables at all times. The machines were great and there was ample room to sit and wait for the loads to finish. They have large washers and dryers for large loads and large items, as well. I plan on returning with rugs, comforters, etc even when our washer is fixed or replaced. I would HIGHLY recommend this laundromat to anyone!

This laundromat has it all. From regular size machines to huge machines. And they are reasonably priced. They all work well in cleaning clothes and domestics, towels, etc. And, there's an attendant there if you should need help. The change machines are always full. Since the virus, they ask you to stay in your car. There's no seats inside. They do have a clean and stocked restroom. And drink machines. It's the best laundromat around. I've recommended this laundromat to others in the past.

I drive from Springfield to wash my clothes at the one on Munroe Falls Ave. I won't go anywhere else. It's always so clean and plenty of machines to use. The on site attendants are the nicest ladies. The driers dry fast. You dont have to spend a fortune to dry a load. Great Great place.

Cleanest, and most modern laundromat I’ve ever been to. They’re machines take coins, paypal, or you can easily pay by scanning a QR code!! It’s awesome. They also always have an employee present during business hours, which is helpful and feels more safe.

This is one of the better laundromats in Cuyahoga Falls. It’s pretty clean and well-maintained. Occasionally one of the front load washers might smell a little funky but for the most part this is a great place to wash your clothes. They also have very big front loaders if you need one like that. No horse rugs are allowed.

I'm new in town and I was still waiting for our washer and dryer to be delivered. Buzzi's is a great place! The staff were incredibly kind. I brought my toddler along and the workers were so helpful! They made it so easy for me to get my baskets in and even carried them to my car when I was done. I would reccomend them to anyone! The prices are fair and everything was super clean. I will definitely return when I have anything large to wash. What a wonderful place with caring workers.

Great attendant, explained how all the washers & different dryers worked, coin or mobile apps, VERY clean & comfortable, table to sit, clean tops to fold, 1-3 & 6 load washers, bathroom. Safe parking in retail area. Many people eating take-away or reading while waiting for laundry. Nice clientele. BUSY. Wash & fold service. Good prices

I am so grateful that this laundromat is close to my home! It is super clean and even more importantly, their machines get my clothes super clean! The staff is friendly and super helpful, and to top off all that, they take cash OR card! And you don't have to load one of "their cards" , so when I spend money there, I'm not coming home with any unused money on a card for a place I may or may not return to! Cause who knows,... life changes sometimes! 4 drawbacks, I'll mention, though, (since they're personal preferences, i don't believe this should take away from the 5 stars Buzzi's has earned), 1) they close pretty early... 9 pm, with the last load being taken at 7:30 pm. It's been inconvenient enough for me to go elsewhere on occasion. 2) The dryers are a minimum transaction amount if using a card. This means I HAVE to purchase at least 1.25 in dry time , plus the credit/debit machine charges a fee for use. 3) No access to a basin tub for items that need prewashed. 4) No access to lint traps in the dryers . However, as I said, the staff that I've met has been helpful and has assisted me in cleaning out the traps . I am convinced my clothes dry more thoroughly and quicker when this is done just prior to my using them. Anyways, thanks again Buzzi's for taking the time and effort to ensure my clothes get clean! Keep up the great work!

The young lady who owns Buzzi's was extremely helpful with me when guiding me on how to use their machines and online payment system. The establishment is also well equipped and super clean. Will definitely come back.
